After you purchase our server and script, to benefit of the Free Script Installation Service, please submit a Ticket at:

http://helpdesk.clip-share.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit&step=1&departmentid=7

providing the following required information:

• FTP Hostname / Username / Password (so we can upload the files and set permissions)
• Domain Control Panel (Cpanel, Plesk, etc) URL / Username / Password (so we can create and populate the database)
• Order number / Paypal Transaction ID
• Server purchase order number

If you have special instructions (for example, if you need the script installed in a specific folder or subdomain) please also write those in the ticket.

The Subject of the ticket should preferably be your Domain Name (so we can easily keep track of installations).

providing the following required information:

• FTP Hostname / Username / Password
• Domain Control Panel (Cpanel, Plesk, etc) URL / Username / Password
• SSH Host (domain or IP) and SSH "root" password
• Order number / Paypal Transaction ID
• Server purchase order number

If you have special instructions please also write those in the ticket.
