After you purchase our hosting and script, to benefit of the Free Script Installation Service, please submit a Ticket at:
http://helpdesk.clip-share.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit&step=1&departmentid=7
providing the following required information:
- FTP Hostname / Username / Password (so we can upload the files and set permissions)
- Domain Control Panel (Cpanel, Plesk, etc) URL / Username / Password (so we can create and populate the database)
- Order number / Paypal Transaction ID
- Hosting order number
If you have special instructions (for example, if you need the script installed in a specific folder or subdomain) please also write those in the ticket.
The Subject of the ticket should preferably be your Domain Name (so we can easily keep track of installations).
